Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at conferences@vamaevents.com
- 25% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st March 2025.
- 50% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th June 2025.
- 75% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th August 2025.
- No refund will be made for requests made after 16th August 2025.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post-conference. All queries and requests for cancellation should be made to the conference secretariat.
- Please note the GST paid during the registration cannot be refunded as it will be paid to the Government on a monthly basis.
Important Instructions :
Delegates can register online; however, please note that an online processing fee applies.
Important Information:
For payments made via NEFT/RTGS or UPI transfers, delegates must provide:
- A copy of the payment receipt
- A duly filled registration form
Both payment details and the registration form are mandatory for confirmation of
registration.
These documents can be submitted via email at conferences@vamaevents.com or sent
via courier to the
Secretariat address provided below.
